Max’s Pottery Gift Card Experience – Terms & Conditions

1. Validity Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

2. Redemption ‘Experience’ Gift cards can be redeemed for:

• Group classes

• Open access studio sessions

• Private lessons

• Taster lessons (where applicable) Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase additional gift cards.

3. Booking All sessions must be booked in advance. Gift card holders should contact Max’s Pottery or use the online booking system to schedule their session.

4. Non‑Refundable Gift cards are non‑refundable and non‑transferable once purchased.

5. Lost or Stolen Cards Max’s Pottery is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. Physical cards will not be replaced.

6. Partial Use If the value of the chosen session is less than the gift card balance, the remaining balance will stay on the card for future use until expiry. If the session value exceeds the balance, the difference must be paid at checkout.

7. Expired Cards Expired gift cards cannot be redeemed or extended.

8. Cancellation Policy Bookings made using a gift card follow the studio’s standard cancellation policy. Late cancellations or no‑shows may result in forfeiture of the session.

9. Use in Studio Gift cards must be presented at the time of redemption. Physical cards may be swiped or scanned through Square POS.

10. Fraud Prevention Max’s Pottery reserves the right to refuse or cancel gift cards suspected of fraud, misuse, or unauthorised duplication.
